Academic and Career Planning Resource System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide an academic and career planning resource system designed specifically to support college and career readiness. The solution must serve students, their families, and staff by supporting academic planning, post-secondary education planning, and career decision-making. It should include resources and tools that help users make informed choices about multiple post-secondary education and training pathways leading to careers aligned with workforce needs.

The system must also support the college application process through functionality that stores, tracks, and sends supporting documentation. The application is required to authenticate users through the agency's designated single sign-on solution, PingAIC. It must be accessible and fully functional on mobile devices and must not require users to install additional software. The agency's standard supported browsers are Microsoft Edge and Chrome.

The agency expects the solution to be maintainable by its own staff. Vendors should identify routine maintenance tasks, the level of complexity involved, and the approximate time required to complete those activities. An optional pre-proposal conference is scheduled for July 28, 2026, and questions are due by August 10, 2026. The anticipated contract term is five years.
