The vendor will provide statewide messaging campaign services for Montana’s 988 Crisis Lifeline. The campaign will aim to increase public understanding and awareness of the 988 Lifeline and the behavioral health crisis support it provides, while improving access to these services.

The selected vendor will develop high-utility campaign assets designed to deliver immediate and measurable impact. These assets must be suitable for use by the department for at least five years.
