(1) Vendor needs to provide 911 emergency communications center redevelopment and phased construction service to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA. – The project includes site redevelopment and phased construction. – The new facility will be constructed on the same location as the existing facility. – The existing facility must remain operational 24 hours per day/7 days per week, until the new facility is operational. – Existing call center building to be demolished after transitioning to new building.
