Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a 9-1-1 text message survey solution that enables effective collection and analysis of caller feedback. The required system must deliver text message surveys following 9-1-1 calls, automatically process relevant call data (such as incident number, date and time, call classification, and caller number), and support configurable survey questions including rating scales, yes/no options, and open-text responses.
A user-friendly dashboard is essential to display survey results connected to individual incidents, along with standard reporting tools to monitor response rates, satisfaction scores, and trends over time. The system should include features to filter and sort data by specific parameters, such as date range, call taker, and call type. Additionally, the proposal must provide a comprehensive diagram of the proposed architecture, illustrating system components (servers, network, peripherals, workstations, mobiles, and interfaces) and detailing the environments for Production, Test, Training, and Disaster Recovery and their interdependencies.
