A government authority in Sudbury, Massachusetts seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive 24x7 information technology support services. Services must enable the district to maintain and improve IT effectiveness, enhance service quality, minimize support costs, and maximize return on IT investment.
The scope includes maintaining the domain network, centralized management of network resources, document storage, and ensuring all off-site municipal operations are connected. Vendors must ensure overall hardware and software uniformity, manage network printers, and establish ongoing replacement programs for equipment. Disaster recovery and IT business continuity plan development and compliance validation are also required.
The successful contractor will provide continuous staffing to support a 24/7 Help Desk, providing troubleshooting for all district IT systems at all times. Additional requirements include administration and maintenance of the district’s IT hardware, software, and wireless device inventory. The contract will span three years.
