DESCRIPTION


The government authority in New Haven, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive youth development programs and out-of-school time services for the West Rock developments. Services are intended to create a safe, positive environment for children ages 5 to 17 during after-school and other out-of-school hours, with the goal of helping youth become productive, responsible, and caring citizens.

The selected provider will deliver on-site programming during the school year for up to 20 to 25 hours per week, serving a maximum of 30 youth per month. The scope also includes a summer day camp program offered between July and August, with activities such as on-site programming, field trips, and recreation. The provider will coordinate with agency staff to identify resident participants, maintain ongoing outreach to identify youth throughout the program period, recommend additional supports or incentives that may promote youth success, and submit monthly reports in the format required by the agency.

The contract term will be one year. Questions are due by May 11, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 6, 2026.
