Xendee Software Licenses Renewal and Expansion

The United States Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Research and Development Center Construction Engineering Research Laboratory in Champaign, Illinois requires the renewal and expansion of their Xendee microgrid technoeconomic modeling and analysis software licenses. This includes the annual renewal for three Xendee DESIGN Platinum licenses and the addition of two Xendee DESIGN Gold licenses, increasing the total license portfolio.

This requirement is intended to be fulfilled through Xendee Corporation, as they are the sole provider capable of meeting the government's needs, including FedRAMP certification and the necessary security infrastructure for hosting sensitive government projects. Interested parties who believe they can fulfill this requirement are encouraged to submit capability statements for review. All responses will be considered to determine whether a competitive procurement is warranted; however, the decision to proceed to competition remains at the government's sole discretion.
