DESCRIPTION


The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide workers’ compensation case administration management and related services in Massachusetts. The scope includes administration and management of future workers’ compensation cases, continued administration of existing cases, loss control services, and administration and management of medical services.

Required services include providing monthly computerized loss runs showing claims, descriptions, compensation payments, medical payments, recommended reserves, and other relevant data, including identification of employees’ departments. The selected vendor will also prepare individual document files for each claim, establish liability reserves for compensation and medical expenses for lost-time cases, carefully review medical bills, and prepare vouchers for initial payment of compensation, medical benefits, and other related expenses.

Questions are due by May 15, 2026. The resulting contract is expected to run for a one-year term.
