The government authority in Colorado is seeking a vendor to conduct a comprehensive wetland assessment and develop an ecological restoration plan. The scope involves creating a detailed credit potential map that identifies feasible areas for generating mitigation credits through restoration, enhancement, or preservation. This map should provide estimated credit types and quantities for identified locations.
The consultant will be responsible for selecting optimal sites for monitoring well installation, determining appropriate installation methods such as drilling or hand digging. Additionally, the project requires evaluating potential mitigation areas based on baseline and hydrologic assessments and identifying a mitigation bank footprint capable of generating at least 10 wetland mitigation credits. The selected vendor will also provide technical support during the permitting and regulatory review process.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by June 11, 2026.
