(1) Vendor needs to provide websites redesign services using WordPress, Drupal or equivalent content management system.– Modernize design and user experience for both website,– Ensure mobile responsiveness and compliance with accessibility standards.– Redesign site structure and navigation.– Develop user journey maps for key audiences (beneficiaries, community, policymakers, media).– Ensure logical categorization and structure for documents and archives.– Audit and update existing content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.– Create content governance framework (editorial standards, workflows).– Develop culturally grounded design system aligned with brand.– Create templates for different content types (articles, programs, reports, events).– Incorporate photography, videos, and Hawaiian motifs.– Migrate content into the new content management system.– Recommend and configure a CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent).– Implement advanced search functionality.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
