The selected vendor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the study, including project management, designing screeners and discussion guides, recruiting participants, and managing incentives. Participants should interact with the websites in conditions that reflect typical usage, utilizing devices such as desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Services will include moderation, provision of equipment, video recording of interviews, data collection, online survey administration if applicable, and analysis with detailed crosstabs. Findings will be clearly presented to agency stakeholders, and agency staff may observe interview sessions as needed.
