(1) Vendor needs to provide website usability study service. – Identify usability of website or other agency–managed websites to include appeal, functionality, and message delivery among others. – Study participants are to be put into as close to natural conditions of exploring the website as possible. – This includes study participants using a device such as a desktop/laptop, smart phone, and/or tablet and viewing the website(s) as they would on their own. – The vendor will be responsible for: • Project management and coordination, • Creation of the screener and discussion guide, • Recruiting, • Incentives, • All equipment, • Moderation, • Video recordings of all interviews, • Online survey questionnaire if applicable, • Online sample costs if applicable, • All data collection, analysis, and crosstabs based on the previously included segments, • Presentation of the findings, and • Accommodation of agency staff at interview sessions when applicable. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025.
