The contracting opportunity seeks a vendor to deliver a website upgrade, social media review, and a new multilingual branded marketing stand solution for a tourism-focused organization in Ireland. The website component is centered on improving the visitor experience while also functioning as an effective lead-generation tool for local tourism and hospitality businesses. The upgraded platform must be compatible with mobile devices, browsers, and social media.
The scope includes a review of the digital ecosystem, covering applications currently in use, social media platforms, communication tools, media platforms, website tools, data tracking, and analytics. The website upgrade is expected to retain relevant core functionality from the current site while introducing new features, improved design and user experience, content migration, technical architecture planning, SEO and metadata improvements, governance considerations, hosting management and support, and full deployment of the upgraded platform. The current CMS is WordPress, although alternative CMS platforms may be proposed if they can be shown to meet organizational requirements.
The project also includes innovative AI-based solutions intended to enhance the visitor journey and encourage deeper engagement, as well as website hosting and domain name registration management. In addition, the selected vendor will design a multilingual branded marketing stand with interchangeable panels aligned to updated branding guidelines and tailored to key target markets.
