(1) Vendor needs to provide website support, social media management, graphic design support and government communications consultant service. – Develop and implement a social media strategy to educate and raise awareness. – Create social media posts for the agency’s accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor, utilizing current industry design practices to engage community members effectively through text, images and video. – Provide general online monitoring of regional partner pages and community pages to track community needs, priorities, and issues, and reshare timely content when applicable. – Support includes formatting copy into the agency’s email platform (Public Input), copyediting, fact-checking shared content to ensure links and website information are current, content creation and sourcing as needed, and posting articles to the agency’s website. – Provide graphic and brand design support upon request from the agency. Annual projects may include, but are not limited to, the Budget Book, Budget in Brief, community events marketing materials, public works project communications, and other agency initiatives. – Filming videos as needed for specific projects or initiatives. • Developing new webpages with advanced features, as requested. • Review and plan social media content and newsletters, and to discuss broader communications needs such as video and website support.
