The engagement focuses on progressing toward the appointment of a website contractor and delivering a stable, secure system platform, whether through an open-source or proprietary approach. The work includes evaluating CMS options, comparing costs, and recommending a scalable, user-friendly platform that can be easily updated.

The required website capabilities include a searchable document library, hosting of resources such as guidance documents, GIS tools, dashboards, and reporting tools, as well as embedded interactive maps hosted on other platforms. The solution must support browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, secure and reliable hosting, and potential use of AI tools for enhanced search and content recommendations.

The scope also includes planning for migration of data from the current CMS to the new platform, including bulk data migration considerations.
