The organization is seeking a vendor to rebuild its digital presence using WordPress, including website design, development, and content management functionality. The project will deliver a modern, intuitive, and manageable bilingual website in English and French, supported by role-based access management and conditional menus. The resulting platform must be WCAG 2.1 AA compliant and suitable for use by non-technical internal staff.
The scope includes redesigning and developing the main public-facing website with updated information architecture and bilingual content, optimizing the existing staff portal for usability and internal engagement, and supporting two associated portals. The vendor will also provide content strategy for the main site, member portal, and staff portal, along with responsive design aligned to that strategy.
In addition, the selected vendor will develop and implement an SEO strategy aimed at national and global funding partners, including KPI definition and Google Analytics 4 conversion tracking. Questions are due by May 12, 2026, and the contract period is expected to be one year.
