DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide secure hosting, maintenance, and technical support for its Drupal-based web content management system, Exchange environment, and related web applications. Services must be delivered within an agency-approved hosting infrastructure compliant with FedRAMP and FISMA requirements, using Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Microsoft Azure.

The selected vendor will configure and maintain Drupal 10 or later, including future releases, and apply current security patches and software updates across the operating system, web server stack, and content management system. Responsibilities also include DNS and domain record management, continuous monitoring for hardware and software issues, application maintenance, and ensuring the website and agency Exchange environment remain operational and current.

The vendor will triage end-user service tickets to distinguish process or training issues from system defects, provide help desk support, and diagnose and resolve technical problems. All agency data will remain the agency's property and must be available for extraction using standard, reasonable open-source or commercial off-the-shelf tools.
