Vendor needs to provide website development, hosting, migration, implementation and maintenance service. • Manage hosting services and data center services for Counselor ax and Online Reporting Services (ORS) including telecommunications, operating system administration, SQL Server database administration, backups, availability and performance monitoring, automated log analysis. • Provide managed, host based security services with antivirus and host intrusion detection, including file integrity monitoring. • Provide Windows dedicated or virtualized environments with capable of handling the current transaction volume • Managed Telecommunications: the contractor shall provide managed, redundant internet connections for Counselor ax and ORS. This should include redundant routers and firewalls • Operating System Administration: Operating system administration of the Counselor ax and ORS servers and assistance to the development team in troubleshooting application problems. • Automated log analysis: The contractor shall provide automated log analysis for the network, information security, and other infrastructure components, as well as operating systems, web servers, and SQL server logs forwarded to a central, indexing log repository where automated analysis generates alerts and daily tickets for review by the contractor's staff. • Reporting: the contractor shall provide routine reports on system and environment metrics.
