A qualified vendor is sought to deliver comprehensive website development, hosting, migration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance services for the Counselor ax and Online Reporting Services (ORS) systems. The scope of work encompasses end-to-end management of hosting and data center services, including telecommunications, operating system and SQL Server database administration, routine backups, availability and performance monitoring, as well as automated log analysis.

The selected contractor will provide managed, host-based security services such as antivirus protection, host intrusion detection, and file integrity monitoring. The infrastructure must include dedicated or virtualized Windows environments that are capable of supporting the current transaction volumes. In addition, the contractor will ensure managed, redundant internet connections for both Counselor ax and ORS, employing redundant routers and firewalls to maximize service reliability.

Responsibilities also include administering the operating systems of all relevant servers, supporting the development team with application troubleshooting, and maintaining automated log analysis protocols. All system and environment metrics will be routinely reported for review, ensuring efficient and secure operation of the Counselor ax and ORS platforms.
