The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide website development and implementation services for a new municipal website built on a secure, future-ready content management system. The selected firm will consult with staff on required visual design and functionality, train key personnel to manage and edit the site, and support launch for public use.
The project includes migration from the Kentico platform and development of features such as a centralized resident service request and complaint tracking system, enhanced online police reporting and public safety communication tools, integration with municipal and public safety software systems, improved document management and advanced search functionality, and enhanced emergency alert and notification capabilities. The website is expected to feature a modern mobile-first design aligned with the Township's branding, full ADA accessibility compliance, strengthened cybersecurity controls and governance, and an AI-powered search tool capable of understanding natural language queries and returning context-aware results.
