DESCRIPTION


The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, web-based, end-to-end single-family loan origination system for participating lenders. The system is intended to support real-time fund reservations, interest rate locks, document submission, and loan pipeline management. Required capabilities include automated document submission and indexing, configurable workflows, real-time reservation and commitment tracking, calculation tools for down payment assistance, automated notifications, compliance features, embedded help tools, and customizable reporting and data mapping.

The selected vendor will be responsible for full implementation services, including project management, deployment, system configuration and customization, integration with agency financial and other internal and external systems, and migration of data from the existing legacy platform. The scope also includes development and execution of a comprehensive implementation plan covering design, testing, issue resolution, status reporting, and deployment.

In addition to implementation, the vendor must provide ongoing technical support, system maintenance, and updates to ensure continued performance, security, and reliability. Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted by May 22, 2026.
