The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, web-based grants management system accessible through standard web browsers. The system is intended to support the full lifecycle of federal and state grants, from application through closeout, and must enable efficient administration of grant programs and related oversight activities.
Required capabilities include grant application and award management, subrecipient and grantee management, programmatic monitoring and reporting, fiscal management, grant reimbursements, compliance and audit support, workflow configuration, user roles, reporting, data management, and document management. The solution must also allow users to search for and retrieve documents across the system.
In addition to the software solution, the selected vendor will be expected to provide project management and implementation support. Questions are due by May 22, 2026, and the resulting contract is anticipated to run for five years.
