A city in Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based GIS mapping solution. The project encompasses the installation, configuration, data conversion and migration, implementation, hosting, and provision of training services for a new GIS system that supports the city's mapping and geographic information needs.

The solution must include development of web-based GIS capabilities for mapping streets, utilities such as water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage facilities, as well as planning-related layers including zoning and floodplain information. The vendor will be responsible for acquiring and inventorying existing GIS and as-built digital data, converting AutoCAD drawings and digitizing select paper maps to standard GIS formats, and conducting asset mapping or related training as needed.

Integration with county data and city software is essential, and the system must support the addition of multiple GIS data layers, expandable/collapsible fields, and aerial photography from city and county sources. Accessibility from desktops, tablets, and mobile devices—including iOS and Android platforms—is required to ensure ease of use for city personnel in the field and in the office.
