(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based custom generative AI platform.– For use by all eligible faculty, students, and staff. Plan to leverage our existing business relationship with Microsoft and the current infrastructure investment in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to create a generative AI platform with access to private instances of frontier large language models (LLMs), such as those produced by OpenAI, anthropic and Google. Provide state Tech faculty, students, and staff with a chat–centric web–based user interface, direct API access for researchers and others developing custom applications, as well as the ability to access LLMs trained and augmented using university–managed high–performance computing infrastructure. (2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2025.
