DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide integrated professional signage, wayfinding, passenger information, and digital messaging design services for the A Concourse and C Concourse Wayfinding Refresh projects. Responsibilities include reviewing existing architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical conditions, as well as available documentation and building systems. The selected firm will evaluate current wayfinding systems, passenger information environments, and operational constraints, while assessing sign locations, supporting infrastructure, and code and accessibility considerations.
Additionally, the vendor will coordinate passenger-facing digital messaging and train platform information environments with terminal and concourse wayfinding systems. The work also involves collaboration with architectural, structural, electrical, technology, and life-safety disciplines to integrate signage and wayfinding within overall project designs. The vendor will facilitate design charrettes, needs assessments, and stakeholder meetings, and offer construction-phase support regarding signage and wayfinding systems, including review of shop drawings, RFIs, and coordination with fabricators and installers. The contract term is three years.
