(1) Vendor needs to provide road wastewater extension design service to the government authority located in Eugene, OR.– The Agency is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide design services for the extension of wastewater infrastructure. Design services for the extension of water infrastructure are included as a contingency item and may be added to the project scope depending on future agency needs. • Pre–design site assessment • Preliminary engineering, 30% PS&E (plans, specifications, and estimate), and a 30% design report including the following design elements: – Gravity wastewater collection system – Wastewater pump station – Wastewater force main • Preliminary permitting strategy and geotechnical analysis • 60% design engineering, 60% PS&E, and an updated 60% design report including the following design elements: – Gravity wastewater collection system – Wastewater pump station – Wastewater force main • Permitting submissions • 90% design engineering, 90% PS&E, and an updated 90% design report including the following design elements: – Gravity wastewater collection system – Wastewater pump station – Wastewater pump station (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
