RFP for supply, installation, and support of a VoIP phone solution with advanced features and migration services for a city in British Columbia.
(1) Vendor needs to provide VoIP phone solution.– Supply, delivery, installation, and configuration of a VoIP phone solution.– New VoIP phone system will provide advanced features such as voicemail–to–email, auto–attendants, mobile integration, and enhanced reporting and analytics.– Support remote work, improve interdepartmental connectivity, and offer a scalable, cost–effective solution aligned with the City's long–term IT strategy– Provide asset lifecycle maintenance protocols and a schedule to support the VoIP phone solution.– Provide ongoing and unlimited support requests with timely responses– Migrate current City phone numbers to the new VoIP Solution– Reduce the amount of physical phone hardware required by enabling select staff to access the phone system through software applications on their workstations or mobile devices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2025.
