Virtual Print Shop and Related Solution

The issuing organization seeks a contractor to provide a virtual print shop and related solution for the technical college community in Wisconsin. The requested solution is a centralized, web-based print ordering and fulfillment platform that allows authorized users to submit, manage, and track print orders electronically while the contractor provides production, finishing, delivery, and customer support services.

The scope includes a full range of print and copy center services, such as on-demand black-and-white copying, color copying, digital color printing, labeling, tabbing, punching and binding, stapling, folding, padding, cutting, laminating, large-format printing, and other special-order services. The system must be customizable for each technical college and provide confirmation of order receipt.

Functional requirements include secure user authentication with single sign-on through SAML or a comparable industry-standard method, individual user accounts, department-specific funding code selection, digital file upload capability, identification of whether source materials are digital or paper, custom order naming, special instructions fields, real-time order status visibility, and accessible order history for each user. The contractor must also provide end-user support materials such as a training manual and/or online training module. Questions are due by May 18, 2026.
