The contractor will provide virtual environment systems support, including management, operations, systems administration, maintenance, training, and technical expertise for virtual and remote NALCOMIS systems. Services will support the NTCSS Virtual Environment and its hosted virtual machines, including the Relational Supply Master and NALCOMIS Slave to RSUPMAST servers, as well as OOMA virtual machines.
The contractor will perform System Administrator duties and manage system security, track system information, and complete administrative activities such as installing software updates, applying Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts and virus definitions, and performing backups. The contractor must maintain adequate controls to ensure system security and verify that user access is consistent with assigned duties. This opportunity is set aside for total small business participation.
