(1) Vendor needs to provide video production services. Agency is seeking proposals from experienced cinematographers, video editors and production companies to support a range of video production services across campus. The objective is to identify up to five videographers or production companies capable of supporting agency’s current and future video needs. • Deliverables: Raw video footage and audio files. Finished video and audio edits. Motion graphics and sound design elements (music/SFX). All associated project files consolidated and turned over to UCM upon completion. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
