The scope includes implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of a video teleconferencing (VTC) and collaboration platform designed to improve agency communications, responsiveness, and operational agility.
The requested capabilities include maintaining and enhancing a video integration network that unifies communication and collaboration tools, as well as providing helpdesk support and nationwide field support.
