The university is seeking a vendor to provide vehicle wrapping services for full and partial vinyl wraps. The wraps will be used as a branding and marketing tool to promote school spirit, increase campus visibility, and reinforce the institution’s identity within the surrounding community.
The selected vendor will be expected to design, produce, and install wraps based on a provided design concept, translating it into production-ready layouts tailored to the dimensions, contours, and structural features of each vehicle model. Services also include providing graphic placement and installation notes, removing existing vinyl wraps, decals, or graphics as needed, and properly preparing vehicle surfaces through cleaning and degreasing.
The vendor must have access to a secure, climate-controlled installation location suitable for professional wrap application, where university representatives may deliver vehicles for service. Questions are due by May 12, 2026, and the resulting contract will have a one-year term.
