DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide monitoring, analytics, reporting, and automation enhancement services for a vaccine adverse event reporting system. Responsibilities include project management, technical expertise, data analytics, subject-matter coordination, process mapping, system development, documentation, and related activities needed to establish an automated vaccine safety monitoring and reporting capability.
The vendor will develop an automated, centralized analytical framework that routinely acquires, processes, analyzes, visualizes, and reports vaccine adverse event data. The system must support automated data ingestion, cleaning and processing; routine vaccine safety surveillance; signal detection and trend analysis; executive and programmatic reporting; data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI or Qlik; standardized guidance and reporting processes; reports; and training modules and materials for providers.
The engagement will also include interactive dashboards and visualization tools supporting metrics related to vaccine allocation, distribution, utilization, and safety monitoring. The contract period will be one year.
