(1) Vendor needs to provide unified communication VoIP services.– Develop an implementation plan and schedule for successful implementation of the system, and deployment of new hardware. The plan shall cover the entire implementation process, including but not limited to detailed identifying necessary prerequisites requirements, configuration, testing, documentation, training and going–live.– Migration of existing incoming lines. Manage the provisioning of new DIDs or porting of existing phone numbers.– Configuring various calling features of the proposed solution.– Provision all end–user phone equipment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025.
