Vendor needs to provide turnkey mass notification and paging system replacements solution. This system shall replace the existing intercom hardware, serving as the central hub for intercom communications, overhead and emergency paging, class change bells, and emergency alert tones. This system must act as a complete communication system for the building, including classrooms, offices, common areas, and outdoor recreational areas. Mass communication downtime is strictly prohibited while students or teachers are on campus. The Contractor must provide an interim communication solution across the entire site. Provide comprehensive layout drawings for the entire communication system as well as supply block diagrams illustrating all system components and their functional interconnections. Capable of initiating emergency notifications via internet browser or phone system. All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2026.
