(1) Vendor needs to provide transit facilities architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, NC.– Professional architectural and engineering firms that have experience in design, permitting, bidding, and construction administrative oversight.– Preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and contract documents necessary for the permitting, bidding, and construction of the proposed project.– Attendance at bid openings, tabulation of bids, analysis of bids, and providing recommendations to Transit concerning award of the construction contract.– Preparation of the agenda and conductance of the pre–bid conference and minutes thereof.– Construction conference and subsequent progress meetings and minutes thereof.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
