Vendor needs to provide traffic engineering consultant services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA. Public works and utility services engineering division has a need for traffic engineering consulting services. The services required includes intersection analysis, traffic count data, trip generation studies, policy area compliance, traffic modelling, traffic signal design and plan checks, traffic control plan check, signal warrant analysis, and technical resource for city’s traffic committee and other traffic related studies. These services are needed to assist city staff on traffic safety concerns and issues on various city projects and private development. The contract period will be for one year. All the questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2026.
