The issuing agency is seeking a comprehensive software and services solution to support tow application services, law enforcement tow rotation administration, dispatch support workflows, private property impound processing, compliance document management, public-facing vehicle search tools, and related implementation, integration, support, and reporting services.
The requested platform should provide unified tow-management capabilities for dispatch-initiated, officer-initiated, and shared-service tow workflows. It is intended to improve operational efficiency for dispatch personnel and participating agencies by reducing manual call handling, repetitive data entry, and status follow-up. Required functionality includes intake of incoming tow requests through dispatch-supported workflows, manual or automated creation of tow records, and tow company selection and rotation management based on configurable jurisdictional rules.
The solution should also support intuitive status-based workflows for dispatchers and administrators while minimizing duplicate data entry. In addition, it should accommodate configurable jurisdictions, queues, provider groups, zones, and agency-specific rules without requiring extensive custom coding for routine changes. Questions are due no later than May 22, 2026.
