The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide a tourism analytics platform along with reporting, advisory support, attribution integration, and annual impact reporting services. The scope includes discovery, confirmation of requirements, and development of an implementation plan to review current reporting processes, recurring deliverables, and priority business questions that support decision-making.

The selected vendor will provide a vendor-hosted dashboard platform with login access for Commerce users and administrative access for approved staff. Services also include data integration and management across corporation-held, partner-held, vendor-provided, and public datasets, with support for monthly, quarterly, and annual update cycles.

The solution is expected to deliver tourism intelligence and analytics such as visitation trends, visitor behavior insights, lodging performance integration, short-term rental data integration, and geolocation and visitor movement intelligence. The vendor will also develop dashboards, reporting views, and visualizations, including executive summary dashboards for leadership and recurring reporting tools for tourism and marketing staff.
