DESCRIPTION

The procuring entity is seeking a vendor to provide independent third-party scheduler and claims consultant services for a construction project in Ontario, Canada. The selected consultant will review, monitor, and provide recommendations to help control the project schedule, support coordination among project components, minimize impacts, and reduce the potential for claims.

The scope includes reviewing baseline schedules, conducting monthly schedule monitoring, and supplying any required scheduling tools. The project uses the latest version of Primavera P6 software, and the consultant is responsible for sourcing its own software and licenses.
