Vendor needs to provide third–party cost estimating, constructability, scheduling and contracting advisory services to the government authority located in East Bay, CA. Provide various engineering design services for water facilities. The consultant shall review the provided design drawings and specifications, relative to project objectives at various stages of design to assess the constructability of the project and shall make recommendations on potential design changes that could improve constructability, reduce risk, improve the schedule and reduce costs. The contract period will be for one year.
