Vendor needs to provide testing as a service (TaaS) software. • Implement Testing as a Service (TaaS) software to integrate with the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) environment • Reliable and scalable testing framework that supports ongoing system stability, validates quarterly Oracle updates, and reduces operational risk to critical HR and payroll functions. • Provision, configuration, hosting and administration of the necessary test environments • Manage test script to ensure application compatibility and stability • Installation and setup of test automation tools and frameworks, to be completed within an agreed and defined implementation timeframe aligned within Oracle patch cycle requirements. • Design, develop and maintain robust test scripts that cover all critical Oracle HCM modules in scope per approval, configurations and testing requirements.
