The City is seeking a vendor to provide tenting and staging services for community-wide special events in California. Event dates and times may change at the City's sole discretion, and the selected vendor will be expected to coordinate closely with City staff throughout planning and delivery.
The vendor will be responsible for confirming event logistics with City staff one month before each event, assisting in identifying event needs, and accommodating final order and equipment changes up to 10 days before each event. All tenting and related equipment must comply with City and Alameda County Fire Department requirements, including standards for ingress, egress, fire suppression, and occupancy.
The selected firm must also provide staff onsite during inspections by City staff and Alameda County Fire. An onsite event supervisor is required during event setup and must remain in place until City staff approves the equipment setup and placement.
