The client is seeking vendors to provide temporary agency workers, as well as recruitment and executive search services. In addition, the proposed solution must include a high-performance document scanning system capable of rapid, accurate, and reliable digitization of diverse document types. The scanning system should feature automated feeding and processing for a range of media, including paper sizes up to 32 cm by 47 cm, while requiring minimal manual handling.

The solution is expected to support high-volume throughput suitable for demanding productivity environments. Key features include user-friendly controls, flexible configuration options, integrated server capabilities for generating PDF files and customizable XML data, and compatibility with on-premise 2016 Active Directory domains and Azure AD for authentication. The system must reliably use Active Directory security groups for role-based access control, offer compatibility with Windows 11 operating systems, and support distributed file system integration.

Additional hardware requirements include an automatic document feeder with a minimum capacity of 300 sheets, the ability to scan at 110 pages per minute, and one-touch scanning functionality without the need for separate document preparation. The system should also process damaged documents and documents containing staples without causing harm to the imaging components.
