Telephone System

A public entity in New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to implement a modern Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system, serving more than 1,000 devices. The project will leverage the organization's existing Cisco networking infrastructure, three interconnected data centers with backup power and cooling, and an extensive dark fiber backbone to ensure dedicated and reliable communications.

The required solution should offer advanced features such as fault tolerance, replication, email and cell phone integration, call reporting, line consolidation, and seamless voicemail services. The new VoIP system must be compatible with Cisco switches and routers and should be designed to enhance overall communication reliability, support failover, comply with public safety regulations, and facilitate integration across the organization. The deployment will replace aging Samsung phone systems currently in use.
