DESCRIPTION

The government authority seeks technology assessment services to evaluate its current technology environment and develop an integrated information technology strategy. Its systems have evolved across multiple platforms and currently support member data, customer learning activity, website content, ecommerce activity, internal files, and operational workflows without functioning as a cohesive enterprise ecosystem.

The selected provider will conduct discovery sessions with executive leadership, IT staff, and business teams; assess current processes and pain points; and identify processes requiring clarification, improvement, or redesign. The provider will develop a future-state technology architecture and integration strategy, define short-, medium-, and long-term priorities, and prepare an implementation roadmap addressing timing, dependencies, risks, costs, staffing implications, and decision points.

Services will also include preparation of specifications and bid documents for future technology procurements, owner-side project management and vendor oversight for selected initiatives, and support for planning, issue and risk management, stakeholder communications, status reporting, and coordination with vendors and third parties. The assessment will address AI tool usage, data quality, data sensitivity and security, and practical governance policies for responsible AI adoption and protection of confidential information. Questions must be submitted by October 19, 2026.
