DESCRIPTION

The City–County seeks a consultant to provide technical services and special projects supporting its network and wireless environment over a three-year contract period. Services will include network and wireless assessment, hardware setup, configuration, stabilization, guest wireless deployment, staff and employee wireless authentication review, documentation, testing support, and knowledge transfer.

The consultant must coordinate with City–County IT management before making changes to existing operational Wi-Fi systems. No production-impacting changes may be performed without review, approval, and authorization from designated City–County IT personnel.
