DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide system management services for traffic signal systems and Advanced Transportation Controllers (ATCs). Services include preparing traffic signal drawings, dial sheets, and controller configuration packages; developing controller databases; programming conflict monitor units; and conducting virtual testing of new ATCs.
