The requirement includes highly responsive, on-site subject matter expert support for systems, ad hoc analysis, market insights, and issue resolution.
Any user-facing portal must be secure, highly available, and fully functional, with intuitive self-service reporting, multidimensional filtering, collaboration and sharing capabilities, and standard data export formats such as CSV and XLSX. Vendors must also provide reliable, automated mechanisms, including APIs or SFTP, to ingest complete datasets into DeCA enterprise systems, including the SAP-based ARTS environment.
