The goal is to evolve the Summit platform with enhanced capabilities, including streamlined customer onboarding, migration and data architecture modernization, governance and compliance, data science and AI enablement, improved customer experience and support, as well as change management and training. Interested organizations are invited to submit detailed information that could inform VA's acquisition strategy.
Key areas of interest include technical approaches for delivering a comprehensive data analytics platform, recommendations for architectural components and technologies, strategies for scalability and data management, and robust cybersecurity solutions aligning with federal standards such as FedRAMP and Zero Trust. Respondents are also asked to outline staffing models, capability for supporting cloud migration, and methodologies for data governance and continuity, particularly for modernizing and migrating existing CDW data products and workloads to the cloud.
Interested parties should provide company information including size, relevant schedules or NAICS codes, and GSA/GWAC schedules if applicable. Small businesses and veteran-owned organizations are encouraged to indicate their capacity to meet set-aside requirements and describe their resources and team composition as related to the potential effort.
