Vendor needs to provide student retention strategy services that can design, develop, and implement a student retention platform that leverages integrated data, AI–powered predictions, and automated outreach scheduling to elevate student support and timely interventions across the institution. The platform shall utilize data from student information, financial aid, advising services, and any platform where a student touches to engage and create data points. The platform shall have the functionality to track every relevant student action, including logins, assignment submissions, missed deadlines, and digital interactions. Using AI capabilities, the platform shall utilize all data points to identify risk signals related to academic disengagement, financial strain, and social isolation. All questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026. A contract term will be for one year.
