Stryker Family of Vehicles Commercial Solutions Opening

Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal, on behalf of the Program Manager Stryker Brigade Combat Team, has issued a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to support the continuous modernization of the Stryker Family of Vehicles. The opportunity is intended to leverage agile acquisition authorities to identify innovative commercial technologies, products, and services that can help maintain battlefield overmatch with cost-effective and cutting-edge solutions.

This CSO establishes the overarching framework for future Areas of Interest (AoIs), which will be posted separately on SAM.gov under solicitation W912CH-26-S-0010. Companies are instructed not to submit proposals directly to this announcement; submissions are only permitted in response to an active AoI. Solutions that may also address the needs of other federal agencies may be shared as appropriate.

The anticipated competitive process generally includes a streamlined multi-phase evaluation consisting of a solution brief, a presentation or pitch if applicable, and a request for a commercial solution proposal. Resulting awards may include FAR Part 12 fixed-price contracts or non-FAR agreements. The CSO remains open through May 7, 2031, and interested firms are expected to monitor SAM.gov for individual AoI releases and detailed requirements.
